15-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 15 days of your order date, provided you have used less than 25% of the credits included in your plan or pack.

How to request a refund

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. CareerPlatform.io is the Merchant of Record for all orders.

• Or reach out through the in-app support channel.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Billing page inside the app. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep full access until the end of your current billing period.

Refund timing

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days and appear in your original payment method. Stripe handles all payment processing and will email you a confirmation once the refund is issued.
