15-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 15 days of your order date, provided you have used less than 25% of the credits included in your plan or pack.

How to request a refund

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. CareerPlatform.io is the Merchant of Record for all orders.

What's covered

• One-time plans (Pro for 1 week, 30 days or 90 days, and the older Starter, Job Seeker, Career Accelerator and 90-Day Bundle plans)
• Add-on credit packs (AI Headshot Pack, Video Interview Pack), and per-tool top-ups bought before 6 October 2026

Refund timing

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days and appear in your original payment method. Stripe handles all payment processing and will email you a confirmation once the refund is issued.
