The final-round question, answered from your resume.

Senior interviews end with “walk us through your first ninety days.” Get a three-phase plan built from the job description and your own experience - every commitment says where it came from, and nothing about the company is made up.

Role
Senior Marketing Ops Manager
Company
Brightline Analytics
Job description
Own the marketing automation platform and its Salesforce integration. Build funnel and pipeline attribution for leadership. Manage martech vendors and the annual tooling budget…
What you learned in earlier rounds (optional)
Attribution reporting is manual today. Sales Ops is rebuilding lead routing next quarter.
Days 31–60 · First wins
Make one report trustworthy and one process repeatable.
Replace the manual attribution report with a first-touch / last-touch model in Looker.

Why: You said attribution is manual today; the posting asks for pipeline attribution for leadership; I moved Brightpath's campaign reporting out of spreadsheets.

Signal: The same report two weeks running without a manual rebuild.

You told usJob descriptionResume
Close the [two or three] highest-risk data-hygiene gaps for GDPR and CAN-SPAM.

Why: Governance is in the posting; I have not run a compliance programme before, so I'd scope this with [the privacy owner] rather than assume.

"By day sixty I'd want one report leadership trusts… I've left the targets for us to agree together, because I'd rather set them with you in week two than guess at them today."

What you get

Built for results, not vanity output.

Three phases, sourced

Days 1–30 learn and listen, 31–60 first wins, 61–90 own it. Each commitment carries a why, a signal the panel would see, and a label: job description, resume, what you told us, or assumption.

Brackets, not bluffs

Anything you can't know before day one is left as a bracket for you to fill. Targets are never invented - the plan tells you to agree them with your manager.

Ready to present

The three questions to ask the panel before you present, a one-minute spoken version, and a slide outline for the deck.

How it works

Three steps. No setup.

Step 1

Drop in the role

The job description and your resume - or open it straight from a Tracker card at the interview stage.

Step 2

Add what you learned

Team size, the problem the hiring manager raised, the system that's broken. It shows up labelled “You told us”.

Step 3

Present it

Copy the spoken version, paste the outline into a deck, or export the plan to PDF or Word.

What's included

  • Three to five commitments per phase, each with a why and a signal
  • Source labels on every commitment
  • Honest about what your resume doesn't cover
  • Questions for the panel the plan depends on
  • Spoken version and slide outline
  • Saved to the application in your Tracker
FAQ

Common questions

Won't the panel see that it was generated?+

Only if it reads like a template. This plan is specific to the posting and your resume, and it admits what you can't know yet instead of inventing it - which is what a good candidate does anyway.

What if I don't know much about the company?+

Then the plan says so: company-specific commitments become brackets or are labelled as assumptions, and the questions for the panel are the ones that would resolve them.

Can I use it after I start?+

Yes. Once you have the offer, run it again with what you now know and the brackets fill in - the same plan becomes your first-weeks plan.
